It's time to put the "Daily" back in The Daily Nerd

When you see the title of our website and realize that it reads "daily" nerd, you would naturally assume that there would be content coming out everyday. You're not wrong to assume that. It's been 12 days since we published our last article and that's just not right!

I've been blogging a lot about hockey in the last few months. The Bruins were on an absolute tear and it was hard for me to focus on anything else. Last week they were eliminated at the hands of the Tampa Bay Lightning and their magical season came to an end. I found myself unable to blog about it because it just made me too sad AND I feel like I've overloaded the site with Bruins blogs.

We are coming into summer now and with summer comes a change in this site. Did you guys know we have an instagram now: https://www.instagram.com/the_daily_nerd_blog/

Check it out when you get a chance! The plan is to post more content on Instagram and almost use it as a platform for smaller "blog" posts.

We also want to up our video and podcast game. We launched "Beers N' Bruins" in April. It was a learning experience. I learned that I don't really like talking when I'm trying to watch the game and other people don't want to listen to me talk when they are trying to watch the game. I know Vinnie is dying to podcast about the latest Marvel movies and video games he is playing, so expect more coming from The Daily Nerd Podcast.

It's time to put the "Daily" back in Daily Nerd. Follow our page and get ready for more content coming this summer. Seasonal depression is gone everyone! It's time to get outside, have a local brew, and read The Daily Nerd Blog.
